Nexus Interactive, a web3 gaming company, has secured $2 million in an oversubscribed seed funding round led by Animoca Brands, Jump Crypto, Maven Capital, and other investors. The company has already developed two flagship games that have seen over 1 million plays and generated nearly $2 million in revenue.
Fresh $2 Million in Funding
The funding will support Nexus Interactive’s development of its web3 gaming ecosystem, which is built around three core pillars: Nexus Play, an in-house development studio; Nexus Build, a publisher that supports and launches games developed by other studios; and Nexus Share, a community growth platform driven by AI-powered user-generated content. The company has attracted over 100,000 community members across its various initiatives.

Web3 IP: Everdawn Champions
Nexus Interactive’s leading title, Everdawn Champions, a 3D trading card game, was the most-played game on Elixir during its closed beta phase. The open beta is scheduled for release in September 2024. In addition to this title, Nexus is working on a mobile base-building game and a post-apocalyptic MMO.
